Title:

• SALES SUPPORT / EXECUTIVE. (Male or Female, age between 22-30 years old)

Job description:                                                                              

• Account Development: Conduct Business Reviews; Manage Implementation of Marketing Plans, Manage Distribution & Outlets
• People Development & Routine Management: Recruit and Select Staff, Train and Coach staff; Maintain staff discipline as per company policy; Conduct Daily, Weekly, Monthly review meetings; and manage business routines in the territory.
• Order Generation: Achieve sales and volume targets
• Merchandising and Asset management: manage implementation of total beverage solution; manage company’s asset in the territory
• Third party & Financial Management: Coordinate third party’s warehouse operational issues; conduct third party cost analysis and manage financial performance of the territory.

Requirements:

• College or university graduate; At least 3 years of project selling and bidding experience with good marketing sense.
• Having sales & marketing knowledge; Basic level Word, Excel, Power Point
• Good Interpersonal, Leadership, Conflict Management Skills; Analytical Ability, time management, planning and problem solving skills

Desired skills:

• English Level: B
